The Solution

Hodgson Projects solution was to build a new deck and structure with stairs leading to the back garden and driveway. Glass stacking doors were installed along the side of the house, with timber decking and undercover screening to give it a natural and modern feel. The result is a beautiful and stylish entertaining area with seem less access to the house and garden. Inside Hodgson Projects removed internal walls, turning rooms into one large open plan living area. A new modern kitchen, laundry and bathroom were installed, updating this circa 1920’s home. The floor was raised in areas to create easy flow between room and out onto the new entertaining area.
